These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the WhatsApp CRM for Shopify application ("the App") provided by SRLINES SOFTWARE HOUSE (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED ("we", "us", or "our"). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Usage Conditions
- The App is designed exclusively for sending WhatsApp transactional notifications related to Shopify orders, including but not limited to order confirmations, shipping updates, and delivery notifications.
- Any use of the App for promotional messaging, marketing communications, or spam is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
- You must comply with all applicable laws, including data protection regulations and telecommunications laws in your jurisdiction.
- We reserve the right to monitor App usage and suspend accounts that violate these Terms or show suspicious activity patterns.
- Each merchant is responsible for ensuring their use of the App complies with WhatsApp's Business Policy and Shopify's App Store guidelines.
Merchant Obligations
- You must obtain explicit, verifiable consent from customers before sending any WhatsApp messages through the App.
- All message templates must be submitted for WhatsApp approval before they can be used through the App.
- You are solely responsible for the content of all communications sent through the App and must ensure they comply with all applicable laws and platform policies.
- You must provide clear disclosure to customers about your data collection and communication practices, including how their phone numbers will be used.
- You agree to promptly honor all customer opt-out requests and maintain records of consent as required by law.
Service Modification
We continually improve and update the App. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time. For significant changes that affect core functionality, we will provide at least 30 days notice via email or in-app notifications.
We reserve the right to terminate service to any merchant who violates these Terms or engages in activity that may harm our service, other merchants, or WhatsApp's platform.
